take out all but one RAM and see if it boots.
But this seems to be an issue of either CPU or mainboard failure.
To check if the CPU is dead try the following:
Turn on the PC. When the fans spin, push the on/off button and keep it pressed until the system turns off (~10-15s).
IF it turns off, your CPU should be fine otherwise the CPU is dead.
In the case your CPU is fine, remove it from the socket and check for bent socket pins.

Important: Make sure you touch some grounded metal (e.g. a faucet) BEFORE you do any of this.
Static electric charge (of one's body) can easily kill electronics.

Before you do anything else ensure ALL power leads are connected to your motherboard. The symptoms you described could be a missing 12v rail with no power on the main board.

Also unplug from power and then press power button a few times to drain power in capacitors then clear cmos and plug it back in and try it again.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

@softban because it wont post hahahaha. Ô. Ô maybe its a bad led. Or chip. Or semi conductor have you tried resoldering all the components on the board and replacing them with new ones? Check for burnt or blown up stuff on mobo. Your probably fried it.
