WHEN YOU FIND AN OFFER THAT DOESN'T MENTION PHP, JAVA OR COBOL OHH. YOU NEED TO BE A FUCKING WP, FULL STACK, ANDROID AND IOS DEVELOPER, A FUCKING SYSADMIN AND HAVE 99 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. SO YOU CAN SAY: hey search a junior offer! YEAH SURE ONE SECOND. 4-15 FUCKING YEARS OF FUCKING EXPERIENCE. GO AND FUCK YOURSELVES AAAAH

Somethings seriously wrong here.

It's not much different from the rest of the world, really. Most recruiters don't know shit about the job, most employers want to pay peanuts.

But don't despair, @Ulric. I also thought the IT job market was hopeless here a couple of years ago, but turns out there are still nice workplaces out there.

Here's what actually happened:
Lead Dev: Oh cool, our budget opened up and we can afford a new dev.
HR: Sounds great, what are you looking for.
Lead Dev: Well, we could really use some help with the ios projects.
HR: Okay
Lead Dev: But we also really need someone to handle our Android development too.
HR: Easy enough
Lead Dev: We could also use a full stack dev, but we can't really afford someone with a ton of experience.
HR: I think, I've got it. I'll post the job.
Lead Dev: But I haven't actually decided
HR: Don't worry about it, we have an idea of what you need. So run along, and we'll get you a new dev.
HR: Alright, lets just write all of that down, call it a Junior Dev position so we don't have someone that's too experienced. Let's ask for 4 years experience minimum though, because we aren't looking for interns.

Most of the time, it's just a shotgun approach. If you tick even just 2 or 3 boxes, then go ahead and apply.

Dependi g on the job @AleCx04 In the IT sector you can see the difference between the local companies (that the pay is pretty bad) and the international companies (that the pay is really good)
