When you really need that code review and no one is getting back to you.

I needed a code review today...nobody did it... :(

@VenomCLC I feel your pain. We have a seasoned dev that always says deploy > code review > writing code

We have to have two reviewers per PR so it's a constant hum. Every so often it just requires a little reminder of priorities for everyone.

Set a pre-receive hook that will fail if they have more than 2 PR's in their "to review" queue.
