How do you deal with burn out guys ?

    Sleep a lot and take care of yourself

    Burnout hits both physically and mentally. Therefore, you need a solution for both in order to recover:

    Physically:
    - Eat healthy.
    - Sleep at least 8 hours.
    - Take 10 mins break during work.
    - Exercise “walking for 30 min can do you good”
    - Leave work once working hours are done.

    Mentally:
    - Schedule your work for the day and put a milestone for each day.
    - You aren’t at work don’t think about work.
    - Stay, Relax, Enjoy.
    - Friends/Family time and hangout are good distraction.
    - Movies/Video Games.

    That’s and self-motivation will do the trick to overcome your burn out

    protip: dont do it if police or military is passing by or ull get tested if ur on drugs

    Travel helps me, I went on a solo trip once when I couldn't take it anymore.
    Meet new people, bars, drugs, sex just take your mind off rhe usual work until you feel like coming back.
    I went solo, but going with a partner with matched expectations and interests may be even cooler.
