It's because they don't have debuggers with backtrace in production.

@Fast-Nop neither do I but I still need to fix it. Even it's a brand new media box I've never seen. Just get some common sense.

@Charmesal if everybody were good at tech, tech jobs wouldn't be paid well. Their incompetence is your income.

@Fast-Nop that's true but to a certain extent. Them being unable to use a simpel app or read what they're doing makes me spend more time on solving their little issues rather than actually doing something usefull.
And if they can't even do that than any produce products they can't even use?

There's a line. And these kind of people are on the wrong side. That take up more time than neccessary.
