Was having a hard time completing a project given to me on my Internship.

After a long time I heavy heartedly thought to ask my question on StackOverflow and this happened

Me : How can I do this??

Asshole User : Sorry mate, but what you are trying to do is impossible

Me : "Shows that it can be done"

Asshole User : Downvotes my question and deletes his comment

Me : 😐😐😐

Now my question has 3 more downvotes
Never using SO again !!

    There's a lot of assholes over at StackOverflow. It's a bit toxic at times. There is also a lot of good people though.

    It happened to me once too. I got 20 down votes in like 10 minutes. At that time a mod stepped in a fixed it. Gave me back my points a "archived" or something the question.

    The feeling at that time was "Why am I even trying to help someone". So I get it, but suggest you bear with it.

    While I think there are many expert in devrant, should we start a discord server for that??

    completely agree with @lukegv. Your question is much less likely to be downvoted if you read the rules before you ask. Most of them know this but they still prefer to blame SO because everyone does. Gotta be on the SO haters bandwagon to look cool.
