Not only new coders, but everyone!

I do not agree with this StackOverflow hate. When you ask a question that can be found in documentation or that has been asked a thousand times (aka lazy developers) then yes, you will get shouted at.

If you ask a good question with examples and a good explanation, you will almost every time get a good answer.

@jerodev these days, you'll rather get a "closed as dup" by some overeager mod asshole who had earned his reps by answering those fucking easy questions while they had not yet been asked, and who isn't able to even understand more difficult questions, let alone answer to them.
