In follow up to my last rant..... A friend just informed me that I should enable dhcpcd to get networking in arch... I was typing dchpd...... why don’t I read things more carefully I’ve been at this for hours and I just installed ubuntu alongside arch because I need my laptop for tomorrow. Ugh
