By attempting to maintain a slightly healthy sleep pattern.
It sucks knowing I waste so much time, but at least I'm slightly more productive during the day when I've had enough sleep.
2 years ago I'd sleep like 3 hours a night during the summer. And it wouldn't affect me whatsoever. But now? If I don't get 5 hours or more I'm a huge asshole that's really grumpy all day long lol -
sak9628196yBy using darktheme for everything, living indoor in darkness, surfing dark net, drinking dark black coffee.

Shows myself out.... -

Eat well, sleep well and workout. Use night mode wherever you can.
Or stay in a dark room. No one will notice dark circles when you can't see shit -
