Is it just me or do job descriptions like these sound like huge red flags

"You could be a wizard Harry!"

Very professional indeed

I only have 2 flags in a job:

- Extra hours (yellow if they pay, red if they pay with reputation or in 6 months);

- Interviewer don't know what they need to hire (aka Checklist interviewers);

- You need to bring your devices and/or monitors;

Extra flag (not appliable for all cases):

- No noise in dev rooms (it's a bad signal, means that they don't have teamwork or are too formal)

Why would anyone turn down an opportunity to become a wizard? 🤔
