lol! i once had google page speed complaining about the slow google fonts.

@erroronline1 well they give performance estimates on the fonts they offer and that's more than I'd wish for. Guess google page speed wants to be objective regardless

@psukys i have mixed feelings about that. when i read about seo considering page speed and then get bad ratings because of their own products (while the sites perform well otherwise) i might end up fined for using either one or the other product.
since i try to make websites as performant and accessible as possible to gain visitors while not having a budget to increase traffic otherwise this leaves a bit of a bad taste.
