Which is the easiest and free tool to animate some thoughts?

I'm a fan of velocity JS by Julian Shapiro as it has a great concise syntax and is damn fast. http://velocityjs.org

SnapSVG and Greensock seem too verbose though I have used both to animate paths, a feature lacking in velocity. I didn't enjoy it at all.

I think just grab them all and see what suits you :)

Will try these tools. Usually we have fun/sarcastic incident in day to day life. One way to share them is via cartoons. Another but better way is animation.

@dhruv I always reckon that most websites could benefit hugely from some subtle or clever animation. Especially tech product/service landing pages.
