Client asks us to make app which depends on their API.

Client makes changes to their API without telling us.

"Hey why is the app broken?"

... really?

All the time!

I've worked on the other side on a project for all class where the workgroups were web, mobile and api.
I made some changes on the API but before I told the frontend's wick changes I will made and the date I will do it.
One week later the mobile to me "the f*ck did you did that this don't work?"
