i recently used http://material-ui.com for a project. it wasn't that bad. but I would recomment "ant design"
-
@Kandelborg that uses inline styling. And a lot of it. A page with decent amount of components becomes slow.
-
Root825386y@creativeJuice Truth. The inline styles always annoyed me, and occasionally caused frustrating problems. The controls are nice, though, when everything works.
-
@Root I myself use mdl. Lightweight and works. With obviously the beautiful goodness 😁
-
@creativeJuice I was talking about this one https://material-ui-next.com
I should have been explicit. This framework is the only 60FPS implementation of Material Design I've found. It uses CSSinJS. Not inline styles. -
@Kandelborg I think this is the library I was talking about. Imspect DOM to see inline styles. Even though you use it by importing in the JS.
-
@creativeJuice Try it for yourself. They've got lots of demos. Their Web page isn't slow. Though I'm not at a computer I'm 100% sure that my use on my apps of this lib - does not have inline styles.
-
@creativeJuice Also, go read this: http://cssinjs.org/?v=v9.8.7
and then about critical path rendering -
@Kandelborg Hmm, it seems you're right. They've changed since I last saw it (a couple years ago). They now use JSS. Right now I'm using MDL straight from Google but might give it a try in the next project. Thanks
-
@creativeJuice Np, I'll be happy to help. I've spent quite some time with it, also since their v1 release. Have fun!

YADU13966y@Kandelborg i know this wasn't directed at me but we use this + react at my work and we've had good results
