@rdwe in the UK, anyone developing user facing government Web services uses an Agile Life cycle defined as Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live.

@nzeetee which is great IMHO. Agile development, departmental support for project sponsors, open source code by default.

I only wish my government was anywhere near as forward thinking and supportive.
