Apparently you haven't got the sense of GDPR.
It is now forbidden by law to expose private information.
So if you expose your private "content" - whatever that is -, you're breaking the law.
The point is, it would make no sense that you would sue yourself.
So, the only way, your mom get problems with this law is, if she takes your private stuff and put it on the lawn with a reference on your person, so anyone coming along can take a look at it.
Expect you have a consent to expose the stuff to sell it to strangers.

yipcma76yyour mom only breaches GDPR when she shares your data with neighboring moms (say, to compare grades) without your consent. Busting into your room is probably not. PS: she owns your room, legally.
