here in morocco there are no programmer
just little stupid programmer and stupid company .. :/

use linkedin and indeed for job search. github and open source projects to build up a portfolio.

also, try to target mid size companies who can sponser ur visa. I donot know the visa constraints for you.

else you can try Germany and after two years working with the company you can take internal transfer to their us office with L1 visa.

Stack overflow jobs has a filter for companies that sponsor visas.
