Windows: Still no internet connection

It actually helped me once by restarting my router 😁

@Marl3x it was a driver related problem. Because of a power outage, don't ask me how, a completely unrelated driver from a completely unrelated software broke, which then blocked me from accessing my network adapter. Almost reinstalled my computer because of this shit!
