Every time I assign the tasks to my subordinate. He always tells me that it's too hard to understand or make it done. Where is his endeavor?

    Maybe your subordinate has to approach challenges with a more positive attitude.

    Maybe you should tell him that its too hard to understand why he should keep his job since he can't manage to do it.

    Tell him what is your expectation in a serious timeframe and talk about his progress more frequently. Don't let him so comfortable, he maybe a must-push type of worker.
