    Looks pretty raw.
    Just so you know. I have knowledge of doneness (that meat can be rare, medium rare, medium, medium well and well done)
    But
    That beef in your picture seems a little to rare.

    @HampusMa haha, i ate it man, I think I have the best say in this. That's a tenderloin, that's what it supposed to look. In order to be rare or even medium rare, it has to be redder in the middle

    You know, I know this steak doesn't exist. I know that when I put it in my mouth, the Matrix is telling my brain that it is juicy and delicious. After nine years, you know what I realize?
