Why is the bot calling another against itself?? @retoor

@TeachMeCode because he thinks it's funny it'd failing. The bots you see are not the down voters, that are a bunch of other bots. But those bots down voted so much that they lost rights. So, three times message means 15 downvote attempts. Those bots will get the rights back over time. It's a sad situation. The spammer is a lafbek, abusing that situation.
