Can you please send me a torrent movie per e-mail? My internet is to slow. :')

Asked an IT friend of mine...

Maybe he ment magnet, or the .torrent file only? No one can be that stupid.

When I told him it is stupid and if I wanted to the mail server properly won't allow such a big file. He said; "But you can upload it to WeTransfer it will be faster than torrent".

I'm confused. The first half of the comment sounds like he meant .torrent, but the second half is so wrong.

basically he wanted me to download a movie/video. Then upload it to WeTransfer and e-mail it to him. (just the link I guess)

Still it's stupid. I mean, if you have a bad connection, you can't rely on some ftp website. It'll start downloading from the beginning almost everytime (if you aren't some premium user), however torrents don't have this problem.
