You should never buy drives from the same batch for a raid. :/

You still have the original files tho right?

Its not a backup if that's the only file, it's a file server.

@nbamaral There was a seagate ironwolf, one seagate ironwolf pro and two wd red, one wd red is still working, the others failed. The drives weren't the same batch

Seems like hardware/backplane fault. All drives dying at same time that too mechanically

Maybe the controller is crapping out? Hardware raid? With battery? Also check memory, sometimes it's a bad dimm :/
