Javascript is also supported by unity! So if you are familiar with Javascript then no need to learn c#.

@superuser I'm following along in his Unity for Beginners playlist, however personally I like to learn the foundation of a language instead of using what I am fed line by line, however that isn't necessarily a bad way to go about things! I just learn better knowing all the little nuances of the language. Thank you!

@mohammed that JavaScript it's actually called UnityScript, and it's just a wrapper for C#, and it's not supported anymore. Thank God it's dead.
