God of War comes out tomorrow.

Video Games are my passion, it's the reason I want to learn more about computers and technology. And each new major game title sparks new motivation.

What helps yall invigorated to improve?

Can't wait till tomorrow. I pre-orderes the LE PS4 Pro God of War bundle so I get to play with a new gaming system and a new game!

@beanne major jealous, I was so tempted to buy that bundle, the outside design of the ps4 pro god of war is subtly beautiful compared to just the regular black pro. Have fun with the upgrade!

@oneinazillion13 the life of an expert. I need several more years of experience till I reach such a feeling but man does it sound wonderful to do what you want when you want to

Pre-ordered. Can't wait to pick it up tomorrow after work. I'm definitely ghosting everyone this weekend. 😁😁

@suprano yay! You're doing the kratos justice!

I'm staying at game stop late to pick it up, playing the rest of the night. Then skipping class tomorrow.

@USAce haha I'd do the same if I wasn't new at my current job. But heck yeah, I've known Kratos since the first god of war..played it all on the ps2, psp, ps3 and ps4. My games are either god of war, Uncharted, Fifa and Need for Speed. Except the new need for speed sucked so didn't even waste money buying it.

@suprano well dang. I dont have that background at all.
I just recently finished God of war 3 on ps4, as a way to do something before this new release and not be totally new to the series.
I rarely dabble in sports and racing games. Ill touch them from time if my friends are in the midst of a round. I play a decent Mario cart game.
But holy hell is uncharted a fun franchise. It's sad 4 was the end. Maybe they'll make more spin offs than just the lost legacy.

@USAce ohh you've missed out. Haha the previous ones were intense. Kratos in this new god of war seems to be calm now. Haha Yes, uncharted was awesome. Played all the series too. Was disappointed to see 4 be the end as well. The new one with Nadine was great too.

R.A.D tools, I like solving problems, not fighting technology.

    In response to your question.

    Web developer here.

I can stand having to use an enterprise web application for something important and realizing the entire system is broken.

Makes me wish I could work to improve the application, but than I realized I don't work for the company and I just have to deal with the existing issues as a user.

My pre order is coming in tomorrow from Amazon Prime. I’m mainly a PC gamer (but bought a PS4 too cause the exclusives are really good) but gaming is what got me interested in tech too. It started with me getting into games and then wanting to upgrade my computer to get better performance. I started building my own computers and then building them for friends. That led to me being a network admin at my high school (private school probably never could have happened at a public one) and I spent the next several years while in college doing networking work. And then after college ended up getting hired as a software developer and I’ve been writing code close to 7 hours each business day since! So I didn’t start out in code but I like having a more diverse background, you’d be amazed how useful it is to know networking and hardware as a software developer.
