I would suggest something more like a Reddit AMA, where everybody can see all questions and answers. Maybe something good old newsgroup style?

@linuxxx but they're so easy to fool...I know because I'm a victim... Just change the sender address slightly with some typos and maybe sent from a different IP and it gets thru...
