@gardenGnome that's because you're in a hurry. Take your time, relax and think of it as a free time. Use it for something beneficial, like research on something. Watch some dev/tech videos. Enrich yourself.

@Santaclauze I haven't been to many resorts but most places that I've been to has excellent staff services. I do hear about some places with really bad work environments, but most of it is very good and they take good care of the staff. A lot of the resorts are managed by well known popular companies, like Banyan Tree, Hilton, Taj, Sheraton etc.
