neodite7097yYou make it sound like your the first generation that has experienced change.
We all have....
The only thing I have noticed about the younger generation is they are over sensitive snowflakes (no offence). -
Euhm, we all turned 18 and had to start our lives at some point. Work-life balance is tough for everyone in the working population. And if the bar is high, it's usually high for everyone in the team, not just the young generation.
I'm sorry, I have issues with hiding behind stuff like this..
Look up 'Simon Sinek on millenials'. I don't think he's completely right but do find he has some valid points..
@neodite exactly my experience -
joas19427yThese comments won't change my opinion but I appreciate it.
@Pseudonymous @osiris1337 @neodite are the most definitely right.
We have it easier, there has been problems before us, but we haven't experienced them. We weren't there for them. -
...We never forger. We never forgive
sort of assumed this would be the ending :) it would fit.. -
My dad grew up on a village in the woods without electricity, clean water or proper food.
I grew up living with my parents on a "home" with one room many times we didnt even had food.
Currently I am working on a big company on my country and I can support them financially, without any degree or something, just by learning how to code on the Internet after 14 hours of work every day.
So, sorry, but I don't feel any kind of empathy for your "problems". 🙂 -

Not my problems, not with 1-1 relation anyway. The rant was intended to be interpreted as a general philosophical speech or a motivational message.
I'm currently walking with your boots actually.
Again, please refer to my other rants.

TL;DR
Don't waste your time.
My generation, 00, Mid-Millennial, GEN-Z are going through a lot of large societal, social, sociological, political, industrial and technological changes; i.e. life changes.
We are turning 18 and starting our own lives;
Work life is crazier than ever;
And the bar seems to be really high.
You could call generation Z the generation of depression.
A lot of us are having mental (and neurological) issues or find ourselves having a lot of breakdowns;
We are passioned on what we do, although we might not exactly know what that is;
The world is in our hands as we are in hands of the world.
( Refer to my previous rants. )
This might seem really pressuring or even distressing to you. It is.
But remember that there's a lot of us. We can make this lump of dirt and water a better place just and only with our collective power, before reaching further.
We are the information surfers. We can access more information than ever before.
Please don't try to limit it too much. The scandals that users of social media and modern applications have been making can be crucial to how our information infrastructures are built.
We are addicted, and if you take that away from us, we will suffer the consequences.
