cuddlyogre134518hAt first, the things ai generates look impressive, but the more you use it the more you realize it really is just a fancy autocomplete engine without anything that can really be considered reasoning.

@ScriptCoded when looking up staying information using nlp ya
Or getting a question answered that has been answered in docs etc over and over
It's impressive yes

cuddlyogre134510h@ScriptCoded It's a more streamlined source of information than a Google search and can save time. And if you can't find an answer on Google. It could mean the difference between a finished product and giving up.
But if you're doing something even remotely novel, most of the time it makes things up instead of telling you it doesn't know. Which leads to needing to look up the documentation, which you probably just should have done to begin with.
The more AI claims that GIMP has no connection to either a Gimp eg person with a limp or the Gimp from pulp fiction the more knowing that age group and the fact that pulp fiction came out in 1994 and the project release in 1996 and was written by two COLLEGE STUDENTS the more convinced I am that they made ai intentionally stupid and that it needs to be removed from the hands that prevent it from being used to describe things accurately
