I got some stickers from the German party 'Die Piraten'. They support data privacy and focus on Internet related things.

@Picard yes, they still exist. No, neither the crazy sort of feminists nor nazis "dismantled" them, they just believe in democracy in their own party, that means even a stupid person gets to speak once in a while.

Btw, Julia Reda is still doing an absolutely fantastic job in the EU. She was a huge driving force behind the movement for better EU privacy regulations. Of course I followed the other representatives I voted for, too. E.g. in NRW, huge props to the ideas and speeches brought forth by the Pirates. Just the media didn't report on them (or only the few "scandals"), which is kind of sad, because those people at least stay true to their word from what I've seen.

@linuxxx I was typing more, but I accidentally send it when I moved my phone in the pocket because a show at Disneyland started.

What I also meant to say is that they lost quite a bit of credibility because besides that she didn't know a lot about technology and said some incorrect things in debates.
It's relevant because the two parties are closely related and also work together.

@JoshBent I asked them nicely via email and said that I share their viewpoints about privacy and that I like their party program in general

@linuxxx I don't know, just watch some debates of the elections a while ago.

@Codex404 I've watched loads but didn't find any not-true things. Thanks for pointing it out though, will do some more research on this

@linuxxx I watched one debate with her (either nos or dwdd). And she said some things that where semi accurate, but still not true, and later got back from it.

@Codex404 It would be quite a coincidence if her porn was available on piracy sites then, huh? :P
