My first thought was that it's obviously unsigned but then I remembered that it is possible to have a negative score. So I guess you're right

enoon4317yDepends on if we’re going by the IEEE754, where signed binary numbers are a thing.
It’s tough to make that jump because everything implicitly has a 0 in front of it.
1 is the significant bit (no pun intended). -
I don't know if you guys caught this but everyone's binary scores are negative. The first bit is 1.
