    Shhhh. You'll let all of the secrets out on why government contracts are beyond shitty and very oversold.

    When doing a contract you add a zero to the price tag for every buzz word used, then you under deliver on the changing obsolete requirements.

    @-ANGRY-CLIENT- No, the blockchain is the database itself. A chain of blocks of data.
    The fact that it's shared among a network of peers is irrelevant.

    (Also, please don't call it 'Blockchain' - it's not a person, it's an object, it just sounds so weird when people skip the article for whatever reason)
