Non-coding Project Managers who take on projects without consulting their developers on the possibility/ impossibility of a project have a special place in hell.

They'll be on 8th circle of hell along with the arrogant clients. 😂

Find a way to make them responsible for delivery.

I couldn't care less about what promises are made, in my company we have a roadmap and we (devs) are not accountable to whatever deadline someone gives out.

One of our project is 2 years overdue, and was sold to clients 2 years ago. Dev team never took the blame for it (we only started to work on it for real a few months ago).
