Just recently got a new job.

On the old jobs we've always held connection via mail, slack, fb messenger groups and whatever.

But on this new IT job they have this really weird theory of that when you want something, you've to stand up, walk to the coworkers booth, and use this super odd "voice" communication.

Such a barbaric routine!

    Without a paper trail things could be forgotten, misunderstood or you could get blamed for stuff with nothing in writing to back you up.

    @laceytech well their philosophy is that if you forget what you were supposed to do then just go and ask again. I'm getting a well trained memory I'll give them that, but yea we should at least invest in some sticky notes ;x
