jakobev24027yYeah you buy the magazine for about 5 euros.. Linux is open source as we know and you can get it online ofc, but to show those linux magazine readers the new mint version and give them a bootable dvd as an extra is pretty cool.

@gitreflog yeah just did a quick search, gratis is from Netherlands (now this makes sense since Indonesia colonized by Netherlands long time ago). So what's the difference between gratis and kostenlos?

@arch-chroot gratis means there is no "gegenleistung" (no costs + no other payments like ads or work or ...)
kostenlos means it only has no cost in money. -
finncyr2647y@jakobev Germany got a lot of these super basic tutorial magazines. Used to buy them as a kid, but today they are nearly useless
