Take images of a city from all 4 directions and try to work out an algorithm that produces better models for the whole city, I'm sure there's enough folks out there that would buy it

Honestly, this is amazing regardless. It even allows for concave shapes, e.g. bridges and buildings with holes in them.

Every time I use google maps, I'm absolutely impressed.
