Is it normal to feel extremely annoyed with having to do maths when doing a computer science degree?

No. I've gotta take 5 math (plus another labelled a CS class, so technically 6) classes in order to get a CS degree. Like damn

Maths is more like exercise for your brain. You'll probably use a very small amount of what you've learnt in those classes directly but your mind will know more ways to approach problems and you'll see some patterns you wouldn't without the training
