Guys! Will be having salary negotiation call in few hours. Any tips?

Not an expert, but I often heard to slightly over estimate the annual salary (like 500-1000€/$) to "agree" to accept less which is what you'd actually deserve.
Wait for other tips though.

In a word: Confidence.

Don't day "yeah," "mhm," etc.
Say yes. Be decisive.

You're useful. They want you. It's more expensive for them to hire and train someone else. Don't forget that.

Also, as @Strannch said, let them think they've won by getting you to settle for less. Works every time.
