I want to build a web and android app for a small bakery that allows them to internally insert and automate the informing relevant departments of orders.orders will be stored on db.The business logic is still small and may grow in size in the future.my problem is i am looking for an online database solution that is free that i can use to store and retrive there db info as management may request that they want information on things even if they are not at bakery.

The plan is to built

A single web desktop app used on max 2 systems.

A single android app used on max 4 phones.
