@theunknownguy problem is jQuery, which doesn't mix well with jQuery

@vikaskr yeah, I have spent a lot of time setting up jQuery and Vue/react with webpack, it really is tedious. Everytime I just end up wrapping jQuery inside the methods of Vue/React.
Lesson learnt. Never use vanilla bootstrap with react js
