I have an LG G2, but I am thinking about going to iOS again (had an iPhone in the past) so maybe an iPhone 6 will be my next choice.
-
@felipebhz if you come back to iOS get a device with force touch! On an iPhone 6 now and with iOS 10 they are focusing on force touch
-
@SoldierPeetaM Force touch is the ability of the touchscreen to detect the amount of pressure your fingers do on the screen ?
-
@felipebhz yea, it detects the amount of pressure and depending on how hard your press, it activates different options.
-
@SoldierPeetaM that's amazing! :) I'm almost sure my next smartphone will be an iPhone 6. Cannot handle Android slowness after 8 months of use. Haha
-
@SoldierPeetaM Oh crap! :( It's quite impossible to me to get an iPhone 6S in Brazil. Too expensive because of dollar price and the f**k government taxes for electronics devices. :/
-
@SoldierPeetaM force touch on iOS9 is crap. Force touch on iOS 10 is amaze balls.
-
Got a iphone 6 (or possibly 6s) at work and some old feature phone with decent battery life for private calls.
But actually think phones suck. Like to have a camera, timer etc but otherwise I think that work (as well as gaming) can waut until I'm on an actual computer. -
@vinerz Yes. Fastshop probably is the best choice. Thanks for the advice. I'm used to buy at Mercado Livre, but for expensive products, I choose some other stores/websites. Anyways, US$1.000 on iPhone 6S is too much for now. Haha

galaxy s6 going to upgrade to the new nexus phone in september. those HTC mocks are looking sexy.
-
Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, because my son splashes in the bathtub and it fits in one hand 😁
-
lynxis638ynote 4 😄 tho i'm a bit curious if i should try out CMmod on it.. it's starting to be a bit unstable now an then anyway so
-
McBrown4818ySamsung Devices are well supported when comes to CM unlike my device :)
I expect stable Versions for you! -
@Gowtham95india 8 had a xiaomi 2s it was easy to root... just download the developer rom. it will automatically have root when you upgrade to a normal rom.
-
-
no data loss. there are two active roms on any xiaomi. download the developer version from the website. put it in the /sdcard folder and rename to update.zip. then restart into like reset mode (holding power and volume up buttons ... I think) scroll to install update and do it... then you should have root...

@tpalmerstudios
I updated the ROM from updater. Now trying to unlock the bootloader from Mi Bootloader unlocker from Windows PC, getting couldn't verify device error even though both of them are same. :( -
lynxis638y@Gowtham95india sounds like he does it from recovery mode and that his device is unlocked from factory. you will have to use an unlocker tool for your note 3 (can't fluffing remember it's name atm) :p
-
mine was unlocked... I didn't know it could be locked... email me. tpalmerstudios@gmail.com
Time for some stats gathering! What mobile phone are DevRanters currently using? I've recently switched from iPhone 5 to Nexus 5X and I can surely say I'm not going back 😁
