Sakuyu1648y@Koenn I bought mine for 250 euro and haven't seen something better for the same price
-
magis22818yI bought mine just to install Ubuntu. Works like a dream. Internal storage of like 10gb is shite but throw an external hard drive with it and it's a perfect daily runaround.
-
Sakuyu1648y@magis you completely installed Ubuntu? So you don't work with chrome os? If yes does it run smoothly?
-
magis22818y@Sakuyu I dual booted for a few months before moving completely over. Yeah runs perfectly, I've had no issues before... The mouse pad can get a bit dodgy and unresponsive but that's about it
-
magis22818y@Sakuyu no worries, regardless of what tutorial you follow, use the -t unity rather than kde or xfce, if you want Ubuntu that is
-
magis22818y@Sakuyu unless you have an ARM processor, if you do make sure you follow a tutorial for that specific model
Does anybody else here ever tried a chromebook to program on?
I installed Debian Linux in the chrome terminal to have a local host. It works better then expected.
