I don't buy it. It makes it sound as if everyone was on disjointed teams when working which can be fixed by actual planning.

I work closely with my lead developer and we take cautious planning on everything we do. Sure there are times in which we get unexpected errors, but we work together and fix it. The point of teamwork is complementing each other and using the strengths of everyone on the time where they shine.

@AleCx04 I agree with that, the only time I find it close to something like double the time, as per the picture, is when I am teaching people how to program in a new language, even still they would have to be completely clueless to set someone back that far. 😅 (Not saying it doesn’t happen but maybe not as common)
