Might help you in the next interview. -
@morgh they flat out told me they don't give feedback for failed interviews. Only that "I didn't make the technical bar" and "I hope this was a good learning experience because everyone interviews like this"

@morgh no I just basically told em that their interview process was ridiculous and that one bad experience was potentially enough to tank your performance completely. Was thinking I might still want to try again. Not sure if I'm going to at this point
Is it common to be told by HR after an interview that they aren't following up with an offer, then poll you about your experience with the interview, and act like they did you a favor by granting you the opportunity to interview with them? Because if so, I think I am done with software.
