@camelCaseJs sometimes minor visual tweaks can help retention and usability. I don't know your particular situation but I feel like developers don't give designers enough slack.
Then again, some designers are just idiots.

When designers or clients design the smallest visual features that acording to them "should not take long" and they wont budge when you tell them it's stupid. I still charge more but its so fucking anoying.
