I love coffee but try to balance it to 4 caffeinated and one decaf a day. You are younger so maybe a little more is ok.

I end up having to limit myself to 5 or 6 cups of coffee and alternate with tea (green, chamomile, or dandelion usually). I work really early in the morning though, then work out after work, so I usually need a ton of caffeine to keep me going.

camhowe4419yIt took me a long time to go caffeine-free, but it's definitely helped in the long run. I just drink water and herbal tea these days.

rolle889yI am 27 and drink coffee from 3 to 6 cups a day, double espresso. At home I drink tea. We also have whiskey and beer every other day while coding.

@mclovinit - I have a friend that just got an ulcer from excess coffee as well :( on the bright side, I've been clean from energy drinks for about a year, but still feel guilty if I drink too much coffee in a day also, I love your username :)
