dogecrypt is well, on hold. i did make a big of progress, but encryption is hard! Anyways, things like Bitcoin and Trump’s deals and shit are (or eventually will) fucking up the environment. The only way people change is to know what it’s gonna be like in a hotter world, twenty, thirty, fifty, or just ten years ago. That’s why I want to make, essentially, a look into the future of climate change. It’s pretty much just a 1-page web app. There will be a slider on the bottom to represent the year, a heat map that represents temperature/pollution, and you can view data (such as extinct species and temperature) from wherever you click/move your mouse to. Randomly scattered around there will be [trustworthy] news articles depicting it and talking about that specific event, such as what the Amazon Rain forest will be like in twenty years due to deforestation. Now, if you have any questions, ask in the comments. I’ll draw a graphic later. I need (because I don’t have very extensive knowledge of web development): - web developers (I want pure JavaScript, no frameworks - the page has to be lightweight and I want to avoid the case where two great web devs want to use different frameworks) - graphic designers/artists (not 100% necessary but would be useful, drawing images about geography to help and user) - researchers (could be anyone, we’re gonna have a list of all the articles/resources used, and you can help!)
