Thers a program to change key settings (even using two keyboards with different keys, or my favorite, have the second keyboard type snippets) but can't recall the name

Because of the crappy registry, you can remap any keys. Do it manually with a tutorial or use an open source tool.
A quick warning, I wrapped my hand around a friends neck because he kept doing it (every other week he'd completely fuck it over). It's very, very annoying. There are more annoying things to do on Windows though. Like updating it.
