During finals week, I realized I had two F's and was gonna flunk out...I handled the panic when I realized I wasn't breathing. Don't do anything when you realize you're having a panic attack. Sit down and breathe - ACTUALLY breathe. Let it pass. Only AFTER it passes do you follow the below.
Next, ignore the rest of the work. Temporarily pretend it doesn't exist. Start on ONE thing, finish it, and move to the next, temporarily acknowledging that a shit ton of work needs to be done.

@SoulSkrix Yeah, SWIM use to smoke back in the day, but SWIM stopped and started again and it caused him to trip balls inside his head. Not sure if it was too much for him or what the deal was... SWIM has been trying CBD drops and although it kinda helps, but honestly only takes the sharp edge off and makes him sleepy.
How does one handle stress? I’ve got way too much on my plate... I’ve never puked before due to stress and anxiety until recently.
