You could change theme, but I think that changes the style of that bar 🤔
In my "arc" theme it is similar but not like that 😅
Sorry, that it's not that helpful. Surely somebody knows more about this :3

Go to about:config, then search for:
widget.allow-client-side-decoration and set it to true.

I didnt completely removed it just tweaked the theme with gnome tweak tools. @Jifuna

The bar will be merged with the tabs if you enable Firefox CSD (Google it) other gtk themes will have a slimmer bar as well

Install gnome tweak utilities. Then install any extension you found fit. I use Pixel Saver. It shows active window title inside the top panel.
